Sinopsis Film Toy Story 3 :

Film ini masih tentang Andy dan mainan-mainannya. Semakin dewasa, Andy semakin bingung! Di satu sisi, ia merasa sayang jika harus membuang mainan-mainannya itu tapi di sisi lain ia malu dianggap seperti anak kecil jika masih menyimpan Woody , Buzz Lightyear dan lainnya.

Munculah ide untuk menyimpan mainan itu di loteng. Wah, tapi, Andy kalah cepat dengan ibunya. Secara tak sengaja, ibunya justru membuang mainan-mainan itu ke bak sampah.

Teman-teman Woody pun tidak sempat melarikan diri. Hanya Woody yang lolos. Tapi belum sempat beraksi, ibunya memungut Woody dan memasukkannya ke dalam kotak di balik pintu. Woody segera menyusun rencana untuk menyelamatkan mereka yang dibawa ke Sunnyside Daycare, sejenis tempat penitipan anak.

Para mainan mendapat sambutan yang baik di tempat penampungan yang baru itu, termasuk pemimpin mainan Sunnyside Daycare, Lots-o'-Huggin Bear atau Lotso (Boneka beruang bewarna pink) dan Ken, sebuah boneka yang suka dengan barbie.
